Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Inspection-ready execution with documented project closeout. New Gulf's QA/QC approach is structured around material verification, progressive inspection and formal handover documentation, aligned to project procedures and client requirements.

QC Checkpoints

Health, Safety & Environment

Site HSE Controls

Safe execution is integrated into project planning, access, material handling, work-at-height, hot work, electrical/mechanical isolation and housekeeping requirements. Activities are coordinated with other trades, client permit systems and project-specific work controls.

Site HSE Controls Include

  • Required PPE and compliance with site access requirements
  • Toolbox talks, task briefings and approved work instructions
  • Permit-to-work compliance where applicable
  • Safe use of ladders, scaffolds and access equipment
  • Housekeeping, controlled storage and protection of completed works
  • Safe lifting and handling of HVAC equipment and ductwork
  • Electrical/mechanical isolation and lockout coordination
  • Hot-work controls for cutting/brazing where applicable
  • Work-at-height and lifting controls where applicable
  • Emergency, incident and environmental requirements
